Christmas tree decorated

Bez made his annual visit to Macclesfield forest to buy a Christmas tree this morning and I have just decorated it. Putting the different decorations on the tree brings back various memories of where they've come from, a couple were bought in Paris when we had a little holiday for my 40th.....

View from our front door this morning

We woke up to a light covering of snow this morning, just enough to look pretty but not too inconvenient which is just as well as I am full this week end. I had to go into Buxton this morning so decided to take the landrover to be on the safe side. There was very little snow in Buxton.
